Where is blackmaw hold

He'll teleport you to the heart of Blackmaw hold, where the negotiations are to take place. Speak with Chieftain Ungarl and sabotage the treaty. Then, kill as many Blackmaw as you can on the way back!

WoW went offline last night, and when I got back in, the robes were gone.

I know you can abandon to do over, but I don';t see why I have to clock up an abandoned quest on my char due to Blizzard's server trouble. The Blackmaw Doublecross. With that delicate bit of business complete, I can orchestrate a full-on assault against those beasts without worrying about them siding with the Alliance.
