This copy has bright glossy boards with strong vibrant colors with but a bit of rubbing to the outer bottom edge. The boards are clean with no fading, and no rips. The end papers are unusually clean for a children? The interior pages are crisp, clean, stiff and bright with no writing, no stains, no handling marks, and no foxing.

Beautiful bright copy of a children? The original first edition dust jacket had only the most slight restoration to stabilize two small intact tears, and a tiny 2mm chip to the lower spine, the otherwise unrestored jacket has strong vibrant colors and presents in near fine condition.
